 Schedule Appointment

You can schedule an appointment by calling or schedule directly online here.  Appointments are three hours long (we may arrive 1.5 hours before or after the scheduled time).  

Preliminary Service Support Query
Once we have your request for service, we will verify availability of our service at your location. Please keep in mind that topography and other environmental features could have an impact on serviceability or speed. A site visit prior to the install might be required.   
 
Site Visit (May not be required)

Depending on the serviceability of your location, a site visit may be required before the install appointment.   

Installation of Your Service
The technician will arrive and discuss installation options in order to determine the best placement for the antenna and wire routing. Please keep in mind that the location of any current antenna (if applicable) may not be the best location for our antenna.
 
If you require a custom install (more than 100ft of wire, attic, or craw space work) please discuss with your technician at the time of arrival. Additional fee is applicable. For more information, please see our FAQ.
